AMC Board

Article 6 of the AMC law sets out the required membership of the Board. As per the AMC Law, the Board’s current membership consists of the following members:

• Director-General of AMC
• A representative from Kabul University
• Director of Legislative Department of Ministry of Justice
• A representative from the Ministry of Higher Education
• Health Director of Ministry of Defence
•  
• A representative from the Doctors Association
• A representative from Dental Association
• A representative from  Private Medical Higher Education Association
• A representative from AIHRC (Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission)
• Two Representative from the Ministry of Public Health
• Two Representative from Parliament
• Two Representative from Afghanistan Midwifery, Nursing and Pharmacists Council
